Harry started hacking away at our shrubs in our yard last summer.. He had always wanted them gone,[giant & scratchy] so they didn't have a chance. Also, like I've mentioned about me walking, Harry also started walking/running at our YMCA.(One side benefit of him wanting to release painful/numbing feelings, is he's minus 40lbs so far.) It's important to be true to yourself and your feelings. Since it is anger you're feeling, you shouldn't hold it in. It would be good though, if you could channel that energy and just knock something out or around..

On a side note - I like the yellow note idea.Luv2Bhappyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17487368260724340093noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1515783072919629752.post-70600474050297857782010-04-27T23:06:42.297-04:002010-04-27T23:06:42.297-04:00Put your frustrations on the little white golf bal...Put your frustrations on the little white golf ball and go whack the shit out of it :-) Take the girls and laugh at them as they give it a try... Pounding balls at the range always, always helped me clear my mind...Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18341630730982429490noreply@blogger.com
